9th Annual TFI Director's Summit and Retreat

About the Summit
Each summer, the community of TFI Fellows program directors, assistant directors, and other staff gather to learn, grow and encourage one another in our calling to develop young leaders. This is an important opportunity to learn best practices and to share ideas with one another. PLEASE COME AND SHARE IN THE COMMUNITY-BUILDING EVENT! You don't want to miss this opportunity to grow as a program leader, to get new ideas for your Fellows program, and to deepen your relationships with the director community!

Who Should Attend?
The annual director's summit is an important opportunity for all program directors to learn and grow together. So, we encourage all program directors, assistant directors and other program staff to attend. Steering committee leaders and board chairs are also welcome. This is a once-per-year time to grow together in the calling we share as fellows program directors.

What Previous Attendees Are Saying
...really appreciated being able to share my heart with those in my same shoes who would totally understand what I was saying....in addition after sharing, being encouraged by other directors' stories similar to mine. Oftentimes I think that all this is happening to me only and it is because I am not doing a good job. All this in the solitude of the mountains!
-- Rick Kuhlman, Director, Knoxville Fellows Program
The Director's Summit is a time I look forward to every year. It is a beautiful few days to be with others from all over the country that can relate with my work and give encouragement. Many of the practices we have implemented in the Chattanooga Fellows Program came from insights received at this summit. The rest, learning and friendships fostered is a priceless gift. -- Jonathan Ingraham, Director, Chattanooga Fellows Program
With less than 50 fellow’s directors in the entire world, it’s priceless to spend a few days of focused worship, prayer and friendship with the few people who can truly relate. Not only is it a time to learn from one another and encourage each other, it’s truly joy filled and fun! I look forward to it each year. -- Seth Richardson, Former Director, Briarwood Fellows Program
