The Atlanta City Fellows is a nine-month Christian leadership program that equips college grads to understand and live out their faith in every area of life, especially work. We’re committed to helping Fellows become Kingdom-minded men and women, grounded in the rhythms of a healthy Christian life and intimate relationship with Jesus. Our focus on spiritual formation and connecting the gospel with all of life will help Fellows live purposeful, God-honoring lives.

As an Atlanta City Fellow, you’ll develop a more complete Christian worldview, gain practical work experience, be actively mentored, serve your city, learn to live in community, discern your calling, and experience life in the local church. Our goal is to launch you into your next phase of life with a gospel foundation, that you might be equipped to serve the Lord and your neighbor wherever He calls you.

A few things that make the Atlanta City Fellows program unique:

• Remarkable Work Placements and Next-level Professional Development. Our goal is to provide Fellows with incredible workplace opportunities at innovative organizations with remarkable cultures. Fellows also experience practical workshops on interviewing, resumés, and how to thrive at work, plus bi-weekly meetings with renowned marketplace leaders.

• Emphasis on Rest and Emotional/Mental/Spiritual Health. Monthly Christian counseling through The Rest Initiative. Seminars on story, rest, and Sabbath. 3-day silent retreat at a monastery.

• Emphasis on Biblical Justice. Learn from community leaders of color and organizations pursuing justice in our community. Volunteer once a week at an inner-city Christian school. 5-day Service Week where you'll serve various ministries around the city.

• Fun, Epic Adventures. Hike Tallulah Gorge, float down the Chattahoochee River, tour the GA Aquarium, hike Stone Mountain, and attend an Atlanta Hawks basketball game. Kickoff retreat in the mountains. Closing retreat at the beach. You know, fun stuff!
