Cave Spring Fellows
The Cave Spring Fellows is a nine-month leadership experience that develops and inspires young professionals to connect their lives and vocations with God's mission in the world. Our hope is that each fellow will develop a deep love for God and their neighbor, a more robust biblical worldview, and a fuller understanding of themselves and their calling in the world. Each fellow is assisted in finding a paid part-time position and is hosted by a family from Cave Spring Baptist Church for the duration of the program. Each fellow will receive mentorship from a skilled professional, biblical and theological training, and service opportunities in and through the local church. Every year, the fellows will participate in an international mission trip to serve with ministry partners around the world. During this nine months of community-rich discipleship, our desire is that they will see how their work and entire lives are connected to God and his mission in the world.
Cave Spring is a community in the southwest region of the Roanoke valley. Nestled in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Roanoke is a mid-sized city, ideal to start your career. While known for its slower pace and beautiful scenery, Roanoke has grown to be a place for adventure, growth, and development as the cultural and economic hub of Southwest Virginia. The Cave Spring Fellows is a ministry of Cave Spring Baptist Church (CSBC), which is a mid-sized, multi-generational church. CSBC is passionate about whole life discipleship and promoting the gospel among all people. They are actively engaged in serving the local community and invite fellows to join. They host and support the fellows as they are developed and sent out on mission for the sake of the Roanoke valley and the world.
If you are a recent college graduate, we would like to invite you to spend nine months with us exploring how your vocation and entire life is connected with God’s mission in the world.
