The Dallas Fellows Program seeks to help young adults learn a Biblical worldview of vocation and calling. We desire to change lives, inspire others and lay the foundation for the future leaders of the church. Our mission is to help emerging business and professional leaders use their resources for the common good.

The goal, however, is not just to observe, but to engage. This Fellows program seeks to produce intensely formed young disciples of Jesus Christ who will have significant impact on their local parish, as well as the church nationally and internationally. Some Fellows will seek a call to ministry during the program. However, others will be called to secular employment and will provide much needed lay leadership to the church locally, or wherever they settle.

In a culture that is forever telling us what we need and when we need it, the Dallas Fellows program hopes to quiet the hearts and minds of tomorrow's leaders, for a brief moment, so they may enter their careers truly equipped to answer God's call on their lives.
