Zacchaeus Fellows is a Christ-centered leadership development program for recent college graduates. Through paid degree-related work, spiritual formation studies, leadership development, and many service and community opportunities, Zacchaeus Fellows learn to approach all real-world situations with a Christian worldview.

Our mission is to equip young leaders to integrate faith into all areas of life and work for impact. Our program aims to empower young leaders to flourish and create value in the world - in work, relationships and service - according to God’s unique call for each person.

Why apply to be a Zacchaeus Fellow now?

Our Zacchaeus Fellows have a unique opportunity to be part of a transformational experience. These times of profound uncertainty and challenge require courageous leaders who are rooted in God’s word and are well equipped to lead with integrity, grace, and Christ-like love. Our Fellows will have the opportunity to learn from the wisdom of pastors and lay leaders who are navigating today’s challenges with care. No matter what career path you pursue, we are poised to support, equip, and empower you to start well, and to become the kinds of leaders our world needs.

Our Fellows come from a variety of backgrounds, demographics, and cultures to engage in a 9-month, intensive program (August-May) that promotes professional and leadership growth, biblical application, and community impact.   Zacchaeus Fellows Program is part of Peachtree Church, one of the largest Presbyterian congregations in North America.

Peachtree is a dynamic, multi-generational church located in the heart of Buckhead, in Atlanta, Georgia.   At Peachtree, we are committed to joining Christ daily in the restoration of all things. It is this mission and vision that spurred a desire at Peachtree to establish a Fellows Program. We believe in our God-sized opportunity to work with young adults who want to impact our world in ways that honor God.

At Peachtree, we seek to join Christ daily in the restoration of all things and live out our values of unexpected togetherness, gentle reverence, and disruptive compassion.  We want our Fellows to be part of our transformative experience in pursuing God’s call on us, individually and as a community.
