JAMESTOWN, NORTH CAROLINA
We believe extraordinary things happen when the business-world is shaped by followers of Christ who are trained to engage and impact it. The Piedmont Fellows is designed to help you begin your career in a Christ-honoring way in the context of a Christ-centered community. Our Fellows receive professional experience and training that creates confidence to lead in the marketplace, in the home, and in the church.
Each August we invite twelve young adults to participate in an intentional fellowship that develops a healthy rhythm of life consisting of work, rest, study, and service. We are seeking applicants who humbly follow Christ with a teachable spirit to pair with our business partners.
The Piedmont Fellows receive executive coaching from Leadership Systems; a professional development curriculum custom-designed by Don Barefoot (former President and CEO of the C12 Group); and each Friday the Fellows visit local company Presidents, CEO’s, and business leaders at their place of work to learn how Faith and Vocation intersect in the business-world.
We are set in the center of the beautiful Tar Heel State; North Carolina – within a day’s trip of the beach or mountains! The Piedmont-Triad (Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and High Point) is a top-50 metro market, full of natural scenic beauty, offers a low cost of living, and boasts a plethora of options for eating and entertainment.
Our hope is to help you maximize your impact in all areas of your life, for the rest of your life. We would love to opportunity to discuss how our program might impact you.
