About the TFI Come & See Training Course
In 2006, the year TFI was launched, there were just five Fellows programs. Today, there are many programs and the movement is spreading across the United States. Our mission is to continue expanding the TFI Fellows phenomenon to new churches and new cities. If you are interested in forming a new Fellows program in your church, a great way to learn more is by attending one of our introductory events called Come & See.
The Come & See training program will explain the model and structure of a Fellows program, approaches to teaching and discipleship, internship and housing strategies, staffing, recruitment, financials and all of the other aspects of running a program. The Come & See is an introduction to the TFI Fellows concept and also a significant step in the discernment process.
The program consists of four live, online sessions with our instructors. Sessions 1 and 2 are on the first day and Sessions 3 and 4 are on the second day. All times are Eastern Time Zone.

The TFI Come & See is intended to help you understand all of the major components of a Fellows program. This is an ideal training program for churches that are deciding whether or not to launch a Fellows program. It is also ideal for churches that have already decided to launch a program, but are still working through details of what is required to get it started. Basically, we strongly encourage every group thinking about starting, or preparing to start, a fellows program to attend this training program. The program includes four in-depth workshops as well as lectures/discussion on the following topics:

Who Should Attend?
The TFI Come & See is an important learning opportunity for anyone thinking about launching a Fellows program. It is also an important learning opportunity for those that have decided to launch a program in the TFI network. We encourage pastors and lay leaders from the church as well as local business leaders to attend.
Your Group Can't Make It? We Will Come to You or Meet Online
If you are unable to attend one of the scheduled Come & See training events, or have a group with four or more people, we also offer a private on-site version of the TFI Come & See training course and a private online version as well.. We will work with you to schedule a time and to customize the content for your community. There is a minimum registration of four people for the on-site or private online training course. Please contact us to learn more about hosting a Come & See in your city or scheduling an online training course for your team.
