Come & See Training

Launching a Fellows Program

TFI Come & See: Training for New Fellows Programs

About the TFI Come & See Training Course

In 2006, the year TFI was launched, there were just four Fellows programs. Today, there are more than 30 programs all across the United States. Our mission is to continue expanding the Fellows phenomenon to new churches and new cities. If you are interested in forming a new Fellows program, the best way to start the process is to attend our introductory training course called the TFI Come & See.

The TFI Come & See training course explains the model and structure of a successful Fellows program, approaches to teaching and discipleship, internship and housing strategies, staffing, recruitment, financials and all of the other aspects of running a program. The TFI Come & See is an introduction to the Fellows concept and an important step in the discernment process.

The program consists of four live, online sessions with our instructors. Sessions 1 and 2 are on the first day and Sessions 3 and 4 are on the second day. All program times are Eastern Time Zone.
