Fellows Program Director, Macon Fellows

 

First Presbyterian Church of Macon is seeking to hire a full-time Director of the Macon Fellows Program.The Macon Fellows Program is a nine-month program that seeks to equip recent college graduates to understand and experience what it means to be a committed and contributing member of their workplace, city and church. Its purpose is to help the young men and women start their careers, invest in their community and be committed church members. The program includes theological training, paid internships, rich community, ministry involvement, discipleship mentoring and individual vocational assessments. The Incarnation Fellows (formerly Uptown Fellows) Director will be the executive director of the program, called to recruit 12 college students each year (Ideally 6 men and 6 women), work with board to find jobs for fellows, organize the fellows programing, and mentor the fellows in alignment with the theological and spiritual values of Church of the Incarnation.
