TFI Director's Summit 2023

Each summer, the community of Fellows program program directors gather to learn, grow and encourage one another in our calling to develop young leaders. This is an important gathering to learn best practices and to share ideas with one another. Several outstanding speakers will be on-hand covering a range of topics relevant to every fellows directors. PLEASE COME AND SHARE IN THIS TIME OF COMMUNITY-BUILDING!​

Director's Summit Schedule

DAY 1: Arrival, registration, dinner and evening program.

DAY 2: Three meals and program on-site.

DAY 3: Two meals and program on-site. Dinner is tentatively planned at a restaurant in Gatlinburg.

DAY 4: Morning program and worship followed by brunch. Depart at noon.

Transportation

TFI does not provide transportation to the Director's Summit. Since fellows directors are coming - literally - from all directions, we ask that you coordinate rides with each other as best you can. Knoxville airport is about 1:20 away. Charlotte and Nashville aiports are about 3:30 away.

What's Included?

Your registration fee includes your lodging at the Wayfloy Retreat Center, food and snacks, and the program itself. We have the entire building reserved for our use, which includes 32 en suite sleeping rooms. We do our best to give everyone their own room if requested. If we have more than 32 people attending, we will need to double-up on rooms. We will issue partial refunds for those that end up sharing rooms.
