About The Event
Each summer, the community of TFI Fellows program program leaders gather to learn, grow and encourage one another in our calling to develop young leaders. This is an important gathering to learn best practices and to share ideas with one another. Several outstanding speakers will be on-hand covering a range of topics relevant to every fellows directors.

Who Should Attend?
If you're a director, assistant director, coordinator or steering team member of a TFI Fellows program, you should attend! This Summit is for you. The TFI Leader's Summit is NOT just for program directors! While the Summit is mostly tuned for program staff, steering committee and board members are also welcome. Our goal is to get at least one person from each program in attendance each year.
