The Franklin Fellows program is nourishing a community where recent college graduates are connecting to one another, the local church, an Ancient Faith and the living Christ. Christ Community Church is home to the Franklin Fellows and sees this program as part of its mission, “the transforming of life in middle Tennessee—spiritually, socially, and culturally—through the power of the gospel, from Franklin to the nations of the world—all to the glory of God.”

Our nine-month leadership development program utilizes the resources of Williamson County and its proximity to Nashville to help fellows explore career opportunities and equip them for a lifetime of fruitful work.

With the support of the church community, professional counselors and courses exploring faith and life, the Franklin Fellows program provides the opportunity for fellows to grow personally, professionally and begin to live out God’s vision for people and places to flourish.
