Peninsula Fellows seeks to transform the marketplace by helping new college graduates connect their professional work to the eternal work of God. Peninsula Fellows develop professionally through part time work in their area of interest. They serve strategically in both the church and the local community. They grow spiritually through graduate level study accredited by a leading national seminary, conferences in places like DC and New York that stretch them to embrace new engagement with issues of justice and the arts, and spiritual formation groups that meet weekly for study, prayer and nurture. They bond socially by living with local families and doing life together as a cohort.
