Pittsburgh Fellows
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Program Description
Founded in 2006, Pittsburgh Fellows is a nine-month leadership development program that trains young men and women to integrate their faith in the business world as they start their careers after college. Our mission is to shape the next generation of godly, values-driven and ethical business leaders.
Fellows work four days per week (Monday-Thursday) in challenging, competitively paid business positions throughout the city of Pittsburgh. On Fridays, Fellows take classes in spiritual formation and leadership development at Trinity School for Ministry. Fellows are supported throughout their year by a large network, including professional business mentors, a welcoming church community, supportive ministry leaders, and our Alumni Association and the greater alumni network (including over 130 men and women still living in Pittsburgh).
Fellows live together in gender-specific houses in Sewickley, just outside of the city of Pittsburgh. While living in community, Fellows also worship and serve at St. Stephen’s Church and serve the city through various community ministries.
A hub for technology, business, medicine and more, Pittsburgh is focused on innovation. Pittsburgh consistently ranks as one of the best places to live and work, and it boasts proud sports fans, great food and coffee, a vibrant music and arts scene and much more! Pittsburgh is a great city to walk and bike, and there are many opportunities to get outdoors, whether on a river, in a park or on a trail. Come join us in the ‘Burgh!
