Pittsburgh Fellows
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Program Description
Founded in 2006, Pittsburgh Fellows trains young men and women to integrate their faith in the business world as they start their careers after college. We seek to shape the next generation of godly, values-driven and ethical business leaders for the good of our city. We help each of our Fellows set a strong foundation for their life and career.
Fellows work four days per week (Monday-Thursday) in challenging, competitively paid business positions. The majority of Fellows receive an offer to continue with their employer when the nine month program ends. On Fridays, Fellows participate in spiritual formation classes and engage in immersive leadership development experiences throughout the city. A vast network supports Fellows - including business mentors, a welcoming church community, supportive ministry leaders, and more than 260 program alumni.
Our Fellows live together in a large duplex just outside of Pittsburgh, which provides the opportunity to build lasting and meaningful relationships as they begin this phase of life. While living in community, Fellows also worship and serve at St. Stephen’s Church and volunteer with various local nonprofits.
Pittsburgh consistently ranks as one of the best places to live and work, especially for young professionals. A hub for technology, business, medicine and more, Pittsburgh focuses on innovation. Our city boasts proud sports fans, great food and coffee, a vibrant music and arts scene, and much more! Walk, bike, run, kayak and explore our region's rivers, mountains, and trails. Come join us in the ‘Burgh!
