Pittsburgh Fellows offers a nine month jump start into the business community of Pittsburgh and trains young men and women to integrate their faith with a call to the corporate world. Our hope is to help shape the next generation of godly, values-driven, and ethical business leaders.
The Pittsburgh Fellows program offers challenging four day (Monday-Thursday) paid business positions in the city of Pittsburgh to qualified Christian students who have studied in areas of business, entrepreneurship, marketing, finance, accounting, engineering, and information technology. On Fridays, Fellows take 12 graduate credits at Trinity School for Ministry. Fall courses include: “The Trinity and Idolatry” and “Servant Leadership in the City;" Spring courses are “Apologetics” and “Leadership Formation.” Each Fellow receives two professional business mentors; Fellows are also supported through their year by a host family, ministry leaders, and our Alumni Association.
Fellows live together in gender-specific houses; we currently have two houses for women and three for men. While living in community, Fellows also worship and serve at St. Stephen’s Church and in the city. At least once a month, Fellows volunteer with an urban ministry.
