VB Fellows is a faith-based leadership development program for recent college graduates in Virginia Beach, VA. Our aim is to see young men and women grow in their Christian faith, jump-start their careers, and connect deeply to a local church in Virginia Beach. Fellows live in community near the oceanfront in Virginia Beach during the 9 month (Sept-May) program and work with one of our employer partners. They are mentored and trained in the daily practice of following Jesus through work, worship, prayer, service, and rest. We partner with a number of churches and help fellows connect with a church after their arrival.

We are looking for twelve (six men, six women) college graduates who want to grow personally, professionally, and spiritually. Virginia Beach has a long and deep history of Christ-centered leadership, which fellows will get to experience firsthand. We will challenge fellows to contend with their past, present, and future - all within a committed and loving community. Fellows will explore their hopes, fears, gifts, and the path God has them on. We will learn to listen to one another, to the world around us, and most of all, to God. We will serve our neighbors and the city of Virginia Beach, partnering in God’s work of justice and reconciliation for human flourishing. We will pray for one another and encourage one another daily. Fellows will receive leadership training and spiritual formation from trusted teachers, both individually and corporately.
