Director of Finance
Kyle manages TFI's financial, reporting, and accountability operations. A resident of the Washington, DC area for over thirty years, Kyle Royer has spent his professional career providing financial leadership to non-profit organizations. Kyle served as the Vice President for Finance & Administration at the Council for Christian Colleges & Universities (CCCU) for twenty-four years. During his tenure at the CCCU, he played a key role in corporate strategic planning, created and managed four departments, and oversaw the expansion of program operations to eight international locations. Since 2013, Mr. Royer has been the principal of Royer Group, LLC, a financial and accounting services firm serving nonprofits in the Washington DC area. Mr. Royer also has extensive experience with non-profit boards, and is currently the Treasurer of Uganda Christian University Partners, Secretary/Treasurer of Development Effectiveness Ministries, and is on the Board of Directors of Word2Act.
