Sponsors connect with three groups: the current class of fellows, TFI's broader alumni community, and the local program leaders who run each Fellows site.
Current fellows are recent grads, mostly 21–25, arriving from more than 100 colleges and universities with majors spanning nearly every field. Alumni range from 22 to 52 and work across a wide range of professions worldwide. During the program year, fellows hold paid jobs with companies, nonprofits, churches, or government agencies alongside their leadership training and graduate-level theological education.
Each program is run locally by a director — about 65 staff across the network in total — who recruits on campuses and manages a volunteer team of 25–100 people at their site, with deep ties to local churches and employers.

Every sponsorship starts with one of two levels. You can then add optional extras around our national events and webinars.
Premier Sponsorship
$3,000Our fullest level of sponsorship, with access to National Fellows Conference add-ons and reduced pricing on shared add-ons.
Standard Sponsorship
$1,500A great way to get your organization in front of the TFI network, with the option to add a webinar or Leaders Summit bag content.

Getting started is simple.
Apply below and we'll follow up to collect your logo, links, and a few other details. Religious organizations — seminaries, Christian colleges, nonprofits — will affirm TFI's Statement of Faith as part of the application.
