MEET OUR TFI TEAM
J. Aaron White comes to The Fellows Initiative with experience in ministry, academia, and business. In his 15 years of full-time ministry work, Aaron served as a family ministries pastor, associate pastor, and senior pastor. He also served as an adjunct professor of apologetics, and he recently worked as an account executive for a large U.S.-based technology solutions company. Aaron has authored several books including Minivan Manhood: Shepherding Your Kids Toward Greater Joy in Jesus (Shepherd Press), The Little Book of Great Comfort for Grieving Christians (Shepherd Press), and Paul's Big Letter: A Kid-Friendly Journey Through Paul's Letter to the Romans (H&E Publishing). Aaron holds an MA in apologetics (Liberty University), a BS in Communication Studies and Rhetoric (St. Cloud State University) and is a doctoral student in apologetics at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Aaron has been married to Tanya for over 20 years, and they reside with their five children in northeast Florida.

ALIYAH PRICE
Events and Training Coordinator
Aliyah, a Memphis native, coordinates the events and training programs for TFI. After receiving her BS in Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2017, she became a Knoxville Fellow. As a Knoxville Fellow alumna, she wanted a chance to serve the organization that has poured into her so significantly as a Christ follower and young adult. This is what led her into this current role. She is a 2022 graduate from the University of Memphis with a Masters of Social Work and views TFI as a way to connect her passions related to nonprofit work, community development, and serving Christ. She is excited for this opportunity of growth and connection amongst the Fellows network as a whole!
KYLE ROYER
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
Kyle manages TFI's financial, reporting, and accountability operations. A resident of the Washington, DC area for over thirty years, Kyle Royer has spent his professional career providing financial leadership to non-profit organizations. Kyle served as the Vice President for Finance & Administration at the Council for Christian Colleges & Universities (CCCU) for twenty-four years. During his tenure at the CCCU, he played a key role in corporate strategic planning, created and managed four departments, and oversaw the expansion of program operations to eight international locations. Since 2013, Mr. Royer has been the principal of Royer Group, LLC, a financial and accounting services firm serving nonprofits in the Washington DC area. Mr. Royer also has extensive experience with non-profit boards, and is currently the Treasurer of Uganda Christian University Partners, Secretary/Treasurer of Development Effectiveness Ministries, and is on the Board of Directors of Word2Act.
